Parking
Parking is very limited in some of the driveways. Please be respectful of the other owners and how many parking spaces you are demanding.
You are allowed the space in your garage and behind it. Out of courtesy, please only take one additional parking space in your driveway/parking lot. If your garage has been transformed into a room or you are not using it for parking, then you limit your allotted parking. Other owners are not to be penalized by dealing with your multiple vehicles commanding additional space and therefore causing them parking issues.
If you need additional parking, you may park in one of the parking lots (there are four in the community).
There is absolutely NO PARKING ON THE GRASS for any reason. That includes partial parking on the grass or pulling your car into the grass to wash it or for other temporary reasons. Any damage to the lawn (such as rutting) will be at your expense, as it will be added to your fees when the lawn company repairs it. You are responsible for your visitors, where they park and any possible damages that may occur.
